Minister Drucilla Govan serves as an Associate to Pastor Davis. Minister Govan has been a Lay Minister in the Presbytery for a number of years. She is a life-long member of Bellefonte.
Minister Govan is also the Lay Ministry Moderator where she leads the instruction and care of those entering the Lay Ministry program.
